Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.
Proverbs 3: 5-6
The first month of the year is over and we are now on the brink of a new one. We have glimpses of God’s promises and we are assured of His blessing because He is faithful and consistent in all. Moreover, we love to remind you that your health and wellbeing should be your priority and responsibility. You must be intentional about the influences you allow as they can make or mar you physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. While you avoid toxic friends and unhealthy relationships, you must resolve to put God first in all you do.
God is not a life option; He is the core of all existence, the highest authority in eternity, the substratum of every being, and the ultimate energy that sustains the universe. There is no survival outside Him. A life without Christ is full of crises, darkness, deceit, fear, and uncertainties. Enough of the years of running through life without the directional counsel of our Maker! It is time to give up the wheel and let Him who knows the end from the beginning chart the course of our destinies. There is no better way to avoid shipwrecking our souls than when we allow God to take charge of our lives.
Put God first and He will guide you to your lasting and enduring rest. You are counseled in Proverbs 3: 5-8 to trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your understanding. When you acknowledge Him and you are not wise in your own eyes, He will direct your path. This will bring health to your flesh and strength to your bones.
It is great to take your routine of physical exercise seriously, but never forget to put God first in all you do. Let Him be the center of your decision and the circumference of your relationships. Be patient enough to know His will and receive His wisdom before you take crucial steps in this new month. You can avoid so many heartbreaks and anxieties this year if you allow God to continuously take charge of your life. We wish you a blessed experience this month. Be productive!
With Great Love
