What should I wear?
👕 For Assisted Stretching:

Wear comfortable, flexible clothing, such as athletic wear or loose-fitting attire, that allows for a full range of motion.
👕 For Massage Theraphy

Clients will need to undress to their comfort level.

Typically, clients are fully undressed but covered by a sheet or towel (professional draping) during the session.

Bras should be removed to allow proper access to the back and shoulders, but undergarments are optional.

Let us know if you have any concerns, there is no guarantees but we will do our best accommodate your needs.
How often should I schedule?

For the best results: Weekly or bi-weekly (every 2 weeks)

For general maintenance: At least once a month (bare minimum)
What if I can’t make my session?
